On iOS, subscriptions are purchased and managed through the App Store. To view, change, or cancel your plan, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and select squared².

On the web, subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Once billing is live, you will be able to manage your plan, payment method, and invoices directly from the billing section of your account settings. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 14 days of a charge for a review. See our Refunds page for the full policy, including how App Store refunds work.

Having trouble signing in, verifying your email, or accessing your account? Email us and include the address on your account so we can look into it.

Questions about the NPPE practice question bank, flashcards, practice exams, study progress, or exam scheduling with your provincial regulator - email us and we'll point you in the right direction. For general study guides, see our NPPE practice questions and P.Eng & NPPE FAQ pages.

Questions about competency mapping, work experience records, project logging, AI interview drafting with Watson, or drafting and exporting your Situation-Action-Result (SAR) narratives - email us with details and, if helpful, a screenshot. We generally cannot troubleshoot the content of your own narratives, but we can help with tool behaviour, exports, and formatting.

To permanently delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings > Danger Zone in the app. If you need help with account deletion, email us and we'll assist directly.
